This is I wanna tell you today.

1. You need to download an app called Touch Dial Emoji;
2. Goto Settings App -> Touch Dial -> turn Enable icon to ON
3. Launch Touch Dial Emoji
4. Go to Settings->General->Keyboard->International Keyboards->Japanese and enable “Emoji”
5. Try Notes or other software to create your picture characters :-P

Notice:

1. This app works for firmware 2.2 / 2.2.1 and no jailbreak is required
2. There are so many similar app in App Store now such as iEmoji, Emojiicons, Emoji Pro etc., most of them cost $0.99, but I also found a free one called Spell Number which can activating this hidden option on iTouch, please follow these steps below:

(1) Download and launch the app;
(2) Type one of these numbers 9876543.21 or 91929394.59
(3) Follow the steps 4-5 as mentioned above
